Job Description
    Work as an integrated member of the team, together
with Account managers,Creative Lead, and Technology Lead
    Aligns strategy with a client’s business
goals and objectives
    Analyze data from a wide range of 3rd party
research sources to distil insights, identify new opportunities and inform
digital strategies
    Works with Practice Leaders to ensure collaboration
and progress of the Interactive group
    Collaborate with other teams to inform strategy,
design and development decisions
    Understand industry/market intelligence and
knowledge of best practices.
    Recognizes project issues and elevates them to the
appropriate project team members with suggested, well-thought out
    Participate in Strategy meetings for Client briefs
and develop documents
    Seek for market insights relevant to clients and
share knowledge
    Assist Lead in developing strategies in the
preparation and facilitation of client planning sessions and strategy
    Assist Lead in driving digital strategies across a
variety of our clients / briefs:
    Advising on actionable strategies involving social
media, mobile, web design / functionality, online media, etc.
    Provide analytical and decision support to key
decision makers, helping to make better strategic and tactical decisions
    Develop strategic insights through the use of
various social media monitoring tools
    Produce research analysis reports including
business profiles, competitive profiles, score cards and situational
analysis summaries.
    Draw parallels with the team to deliver on
strategic vision, digital marketing initiatives and strategy
    Provide research and analysis for client campaigns,
advertising, direct marketing, and industry best practices for marketing
    Seek out new channels for integrating company
assets into campaigns
    University degree in Economics/Statistics or any
other numerical discipline
    A related Post graduate degree/Certification
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
relationship-building skills
    Ability to work under pressure, strict timelines
and no supervision
    Ability to multi-task effectively.
    Creative approach to up-selling to an existing
client base and generating new business
    In-depth knowledge in all aspects of digital
marketing, including website content, social media, video production,
e-marketing and metrics
    3-5 Years in a Research/Strategy Role in a Digital
advertising industry is a must.
    Google certification will be an added advantage
    Demonstrated leadership skills in strategy and
management of key internal and external stakeholders/vendors.

    Ability to efficiently manage cost
    Ability to present and manage budget
    Ability to work effectively under pressure
    A good team player and self-motivated
