Job Alert: Customer Service agents at TStv Nigeria

With the arrival of pay per view in Nigeria, pioneered by TSTv.  The thrust to ensure prompt service delivery, quality guidiance and effective customer service experience is of significant importance to the TSTv team.

TSTV will be increasing it call center operations in Lagos and Abuja. To this end, the ongoing recruitment for customer care agents for Lagos and Abuja is being extended.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Applicants must have a college degree and any customer service diploma or any other related course
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Salary: 85,000
