Responsible for the full operation of the cold
Documentation of daily rentals/sales and attending
to customers promptly.
Packing and arranging crates inside the cold room.
Issuing receipt and receiving money from customers.
Paying in cash received to our bank agents.
Tagging and maintaining tags on crates.
Perform scheduled daily cleaning, maintenance and
sanitization of the cold room.
Report any necessary repair and maintenance of the
cold room and its PowerBox.
Record keeping of all maintenance and repairs
performed on the cold room and it’s
Attend to electrical issues
Reports daily activity to the Facility Manager
using official reporting templates.
Opening/Closing of the cold room for daily operations.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the
1-2 years practical working experience in cold room
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must have at least a WAEC certificate or an
Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
to meet deadlines.
Ability to work well within a team, including
others within the company as well as our contractors and suppliers.
Maintains a positive attitude.
Communicates and shares information in order to
deliver results for the team.
Ability to make good decisions as it relates to the
safe operation of the cold room and other systems and escalates issues
Running night shift is required
Experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of propane refrigeration system and its
safety management will be an added advantage
