Position Summary
    We are looking for an influential, entrepreneurial
business development /seasoned sales professional to join us as we expand
into a growing market with our travel products and solutions.
    This role is crucial to the growth of our company
by leading the sales of our human capital consulting and learning services.
    Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about the
travel industry and key markets.
    Strategically hold call and source leads to find
    Research clients’ travel needs, strategically
match their needs with our solutions and close deals that fully align the
    Provide information and advice to customers on
travel services such as airline fares and schedules, accommodation, car
rental, cruises, tours, travel insurance, passports and visas
    Achieve sales targets by maximizing conversion of
enquiries into sales
    Receive monies from clients and issue receipts
    Relieve at other stores as directed by the Travel
Management Team
    Attend promotional events and activities to
maximise sales opportunities and referrals
    Maintain knowledge of current products and industry
    Create and accurately maintain client files
    Contribute to product development process based on
feedback from sales interactions
    Meet sales target of between 60–150 million
Naira monthly.
    Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in any
field (sales experience is very important)
    Minimum of 5 years experience.
    Track record of successful sales performance, from
lead generation to close.
    Ambitious, result oriented with ability to make
high value sales of travel products that drive business growth
    Natural confidence and charisma to network and
quickly build relationships with decision makers
    Track record of thriving in a self-starting environment
    Driven by the opportunity to earn uncapped
performance-based compensation.
